Description

In THE Postpartum Support Package, you are nurtured as a new family with all of my offerings as a postpartum educator & doula, mother warmer, lactation educator counselor, infant massage instructor, and CST across 6 in-home visits.

Before Birth:

• Custom baby registry guidance
• Home & Hearts pre-birth visit to work on getting ready for bringing a baby home. In this session, we go over communication needs, set up support systems for postpartum, and do a trial run with baby gear.

Postpartum:

• 3 Lactation Counseling sessions
• 1 Postpartum meals basket
• 1 Postpartum soothing floral soak
• Warm abdominal press
• 1 postpartum birth sealing and sitz bath
• 3 Craniosacral therapy sessions with infant massage info
• The 12 Days of Breastfeeding and FamSummit Replays access
• Closing gift from me to you
• Babywearing and gear assistance/demo
• Light laundry, dishes, meals, organizing
• Resources list and assistance
