Postpartum is the most overlooked time for families and so it’s become my passion to improve it. I use my experience in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as training as a lactation educator, infant massage instructor, CST, doula, and mother roaster to empower you through this period. My Virtual Postpartum Doula Support Package includes unlimited text & email support for four weeks and six 45-minute virtual sessions to check in and answer questions. The sessions can be once a week or more spread out! I find that families really need extra support past the initial 6-week period when a lot of outside help may diminish.
