Terms: Rental period is for 1 week and costs $100 with a security deposit of $400 required, which makes your total $500 at the time of rental. Your $400 security deposit is returned to you minus any cleaning or repair fees needed if the item is returned damaged or very dirty. If a rental is late, an additional late fee of $25 per day will be taken out of the deposit.

You, “The client” are responsible for using the wagon safely and keeping an eye on your children and any children who may be near the wagon at all times. By reserving this wagon rental you, “The client” understand that you are liable for any injury or damages due to the use of this 4-seater Wonderfold Wagon Rental. Rental fees are non-refundable and due upon booking. Items must be picked up and dropped off in Lathrop, CA. If there is damage, loss, theft, or extensive dirtiness of the wagon, the client will need to pay a cleaning fee or pay for a full-price brand-new replacement (depending on the severity). By purchasing this one-week rental, you “The client” understand the risks and agree to adhere to this policy.
