Easy Apple Crumble

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cup Apples (Gala, Fuji, Granny Smith depending on preference) This should equal to 3-4 apples
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 dash Nutmeg (If you really like it, go to 1/4 a teaspoon)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt (I like Pink Himalayan salt)
  • 1 dash Cinnamon (If you really like it, go a full teaspoon)
  • tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Wash, peel and slice apples
  • Butter or spray the bottom of a pie dish
  • Add apples, sugar, salt, nutmeg and 2 tablespoons of flour to a pie dish
  • Mix ingredients well
  • In medium sized bowl: Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, sour cream, baking soda, and sugar to mix well (until all dry ingredients are moist)
  • Place in oven for 30-40 minutes (or until top is golden brown and apples are tender). Add foil and continue baking if apples are not thoughourly cooked by the 25-minute mark
